The following statement was released by AACPS Superintendent Dr. George Arlotto: “Our school system has constructed a plan that was approved by the county Department of Health to hold in-person practice sessions as allowed and approved by the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association, and we were set to begin registering student-athletes for those today.
