Schedules for Saturday, February 29, 2020:
Softball- Day 1
Report to Gym #5 at 9 am, will be done by 12 pm
- ALL FRESHMAN
- ALL SOPHOMORES except Varsity returners
Report to Gym #5 at 11 am, will be done by 2 pm
- ALL SENIORS
- ALL JUNIORS
- ONLY SOPHOMORES who were on Varsity last season or who were pulled up to Varsity for playoffs last year.
Boys Lacrosse- Day 1
JV 9 AM-11:30 AM.
Varsity: 9-12:45 PM.
- All boys trying out will be in the wrestling room at 9 AM in tennis shoes and gray sweats to warm up as a program.
- Boys will be in the weight room during that time as well.
- Bring your equipment with you.
- Both teams will eventually be on the turf.
Girls Lacrosse- Day 1
- Practice from 12:00-3:00 PM on the turf
- Meet at the stadium concession stand
Tennis- Day 1
- 8 AM- 11 AM on the Tennis Courts
Outdoor Track- TRYOUTS
- Saturday, February 29th… 8:30am to 10am, Track… 800m Run and shotput
- Monday, March 2nd… 3pm- 4:30pm, Track… 400m Dash and standing broad jump
- Tuesday, March 3rd… 3pm – 4:30pm, Track… 100m Dash and 5 steps
- Wednesday, march 4th… 3pm – 4:30pm, Track… Make-ups
- Thursday, March 5th… 3pm, Room TBD… Cuts
- Athletes must complete all 6 events in order to be considered for the team.
Baseball- Day 1
- Upperclassmen will be in the weight room from 8:30-9:30 AM
- Underclassmen will be in the weight room from 11:30-12:30 PM
- Weight room work will be to test core lifts
