Due to scheduling circumstances, ALL FEMALE ATHLETES WILL BEGIN WORKOUTS AT 7:30 AM. The athletes will begin warm-ups together and then separate into the same groups, 9th/10th-grade student-athletes, who will begin in the weight room and transition to the field for conditioning, and 11th/12th-grade student-athletes, who will begin with conditioning and transition to the weight room for strength training. All of our female athletes will complete their workouts by 9:30 AM.

Below you will find the original website post about our conditioning program. Everything will remain the same with the exception of that minor change.

“It is vital that all student-athletes planning to tryout for a fall sport physically prepare their bodies for the rigors of the season.  Our Wildcat coaching staff volunteers their time to direct strength and conditioning sessions that offer the students the opportunity to ensure that they are physically prepared for tryouts. These sessions are run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning on Monday, June 24th and ending on Thursday, August 8th.  Students attending are expected to be on time, supply their own water, and dress in school colors (girls) or white shirt/black shorts (boys).  These workouts are done at the student’s own risk as no physical evaluation is required for participation.  Students will meet at the tennis courts for attendance and warm-up each day.  PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENTS THAT ARE LATE TO THEIR REQUIRED MEETING TIME (FOR ANY REASON) WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE ON THAT DAY.  Below is the specific schedule for the varying sessions being offered this summer: (End times are subject to change based on participation numbers).

Female 9th – 10th grade student athletes: CHANGED to 7:30am – 9:30 am

Female 11th – 12th grade student athletes:  CHANGED to 7:30am – 9:30am

Male 11th and 12th grade student athletes:  8:30am – 10:15am

Male 9th and 10th grade student athletes:  9:00am – 10:45am

ALWAYS REMEMBER THE 5 P’s – Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance!”
