It is vital that all student athletes planning to tryout for a fall sport physically prepare their bodies for the rigors of the season. Our Wildcat coaching staff volunteers their time to direct strength and conditioning sessions that offer the students the opportunity to ensure that they are physically prepared for tryouts. These sessions are run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning on Monday June 26th and ending on Monday August 7th. Students attending are expected to be on time, supply their own water, and dress in school colors (girls) or white shirt/black shorts (boys). These workouts are done at the student’s own risk as no physical evaluation is required for participation. Students will meet at the tennis courts for attendance and warm-up each day. Below is the specific schedule for the varying sessions being offered this summer:
All Female student athletes: 8:00am – 9:45am
Male 11th and 12th grade student athletes: 8:30am – 10:15am
Male 9th and 10th grade student athletes: 9:00am – 10:45am
